Construction managed as a complete project.
One accountable contractor coordinating planning, trades, schedule, construction and closeout. Home Doctor Construction coordinates scope, sequencing, appropriate trades, materials, inspections and finish work around the needs of the property.
One point of responsibility
Our role is to keep the project organized and moving—from the first planning conversation through completion.

Start with a defined construction scope
We begin by discussing how the property is used, what needs to change, the desired finishes and the work that must happen before construction starts. Site conditions, access and the project budget help shape a practical scope.
Coordinating multiple construction trades
Renovations may require demolition, framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, flooring and finish work. Trade sequencing matters: work behind walls must be completed and reviewed before surfaces are closed.
Permits, inspections and decisions
Permit and inspection requirements depend on the work and the local jurisdiction. We coordinate construction activities around those requirements and identify owner selections or design decisions that could affect the schedule.
Managing changes and completion
Renovation work can uncover conditions that were not visible during the initial walk-through. We document scope changes, communicate their schedule and cost implications, and work toward a clear project closeout.
